Monthly Archives: October 2011
We just wanted to let you guys know that we have removed the Adobe CS5 Theme from Pixel Art v1.1, due to the colours not looking correct. We have plans to re-add this theme in the future, but for now, it will not be in this upcoming update. Sorry.
We just want to make a quick update to note that we are going to delay the release of the update with the background colour feature and save it for v1.2, therefore giving us more time to perfect it and get it just right. So, instead of also delaying the new themes, we are going to send them out in v1.1 and then a few months, later (or whenever ready) the update with the background colour feature.
So, you can look for Pixel Art v1.1 (only if you have exclusive access) on October 29! v1.2 will be released later this year.
We have been working on Pixel Art v1.1 for a few days now, and we have coded two brand new themes for use in this update. They are:
We would just like to quickly note that the background colours have not been coded yet, which is why the "Current Background Colour:” is showing as black. This is not a glitch, it just has not been coded yet.
We hope that you like these new themes, and we hope to add more themes to this next update, along with the possibility of a theme manager! We’ll just have to wait and see how development goes, and we’ll decide from there!
After having Pixel Art available to select people just under a month ago, we are now announcing the development of Pixel Art v1.1, which will be available this fall! The main notable change is that you can now fill in all of the pixels using one of the available colours, great if you are making something that doesn’t have a white background, and it will save you time as well! Check back soon for more information, screenshots, and a release date!
